  • Buy some bottle of apple juice.

However, bottled apple juice may contain sugar, carbonated water and preservatives, which may cause long-term harmful effects. Of course, we don’t like the long-term harmful effects so the solution is: Homemade apple juice. Instead of spending a lot of money in the market, here we’ll show how to make apple juice easily at home.


The main ingredient, of course, is apple. Depending on the amount of apple juice, you should buy a suitable number of apple. Generally, two apple and a half are enough per person. Cinnamon powder and sugar are optional ingredients to add.

Step by step:

  • Rinse the apples thoroughly 2 times under water. After that, peel the apples or not, then slice them to take off all the seeds.
  • Now, take the apples to a pot and add water in it, make sure that the water level is just enough to cover the apples. Too much water make the juice pretty diluted and less water will make the flavor stronger. It depends on your taste.
